Refund / Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be times where you wish to return a product, which is why we have put together a clear returns policy.
ON DELIVERY DAY
All our deliveries are done by Engineers, you will have already had a discussion about your needs with your own personal advisor, however it maybe you decide that the product just isn’t for you on the day. We will always endeavour to offer an alternative product but if there are none that will meet your needs, you will be given a full refund less £50 which is the element to cover our delivery costs, and repackaging the product. May we also add that due to the level of care that we give to each customer, and the detailed processes we follow, this is a rare occurrence.
WITHIN 14 DAYS
Within 14 days you still can return your product provided it is unused and in its original condition, we will collect your product and there will be a full refund less £80 to cover our costs to deliver, collect and repackage the goods. We retain the rights to charge up to 50% of the value of the purchase if the item has been damaged to put the equipment back to a sellable state. We hasten to add this is only in extreme circumstances where the equipment has been badly dropped or crashed and is a very rare occurrence! Provided you have notified us within the 14 day period we will collect your product and refund you within the next 14 days.
AFTER 14 DAYS
There are no refunds after the 14 day period, if you feel you still haven’t got the right equipment at management discretion and dependant on the usage of the equipment an exchange or credit note towards a different scooter can be arranged. However, there will be a charge to do so, this is on a case by case basis and will consider various factors. We are not legally obliged to do so, however we will always strive to make sure you have the best product to fit your needs.
